Remmel moved to grant the 12-foot rear yard <br />variance for a patio cover requested by James Walters at 5669 Dorothy Drive, <br />seconded by R. Bugala, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />Mr. Grace suggested that.the agendas be rearranged so that the residential <br />requests be heard before the commercial requests. The Chairman can re-arrange <br />the agendas on the night of the meeting. <br />Law director Gareau explained that the John Bryant request is now being appealed <br />in court, and his lawyer has requested that the Board re-hear this case so <br />that he may keep the original structure if he removes the addition. Chairman <br />Remmel read the motion which was made when the Board heard the case originally: <br />and pointed out that this was the motion at that time and it was denied. <br />(Mr. Grace left the meeting at this point.) C. Remmel moved that the John <br />Bryant case should stand as judged in the January 6, 1988 minutes, seconded by <br />R. Bugala, and unanimously approved. <br />Since the Board took no vacation in August as ttiey usually do becaus'e of the <br />amount of items that they have had, it was decided that they would take a <br />vacation in December. C. Remmel moved to take December as a vacation month, <br />seconded by R. Bugala, and unanimously approved. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 p.m. <br />C. Remmel, Chairman B.
