He emphasized that each lot <br />would have to conform to the Zoning Codes for size, buffers, etc. Mr. Coe <br />stated that Therm-All is ready to build and they will be held up if this <br />is not approve-d this evening. It was pointed out that they cannot build <br />without coming before the Commission for review of their building plans. <br />Mr. Dubelko advised that under the Urban Forest Ordinance which also <br />applies to the Industr.ial area, they cannot even clear the land until <br />approvals are given.
