The Commission studied the definition of • <br />frontage and it was decided that the proposal be tabled until these <br />dimensions are verified. It was stated that there would be no problem <br />with the portion that is to be assembled to Mrs. Cleveland's property. <br />but a separate plat showing just that portion would have to be submitted. <br />J. Thomas moved to table the Arthur A. Ally Subidivison and Assembly <br />Plat until the Engineering Department provides us with more information <br />concerning the conformity of all sublots to the Zoning Codes, seconded <br />by B. Gorris, and unanimously approved. <br />V. COMMITNICATIONS: <br />No items. <br />VI. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Mr. Gorris advised that the Planning Review Comm'ittee Minutes will be sent <br />to those members who do not receive them normally.
