COP?1iJNICATIONS: Chairman Thomas stated that Mayor Petrigac advised that the majority of the mapping of the split zoned property has been completed. P4r. Cesen will be verifying this information prior to submitting it to Mr. Betts for his committee, VI, COMMITTEE REPORTSt In reference to the split zoned lots'mentioned above, Mr. Betts advised that his':committee will be meeting in September. Mr..Gorris advised that the Planning Review Committee did meet in July but will not be meeting in August. This review should be completed by the first of the year at which time it will probably be presented to the Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Council at the same time, but this will be decided definitely at a later date. "II. NEW BUSINESS: The Commission discussed the new ownership of Nightfall Nite Club. Mr. Dubelko advised that the new owner could use the plans previously approved by the Commission for the former owner; however, he must not expand the seating capacity beyond that allowed by the amount of hard surface parking existing, and his customers should not park in the gravel area. VIII. OLD BUSINESS: Since this is Mrs. Traczyk's last meeting, she thanked the Commission for giving her the opportunity to learn and to serve... Chairman Thomas advised that the members appreciated 14rs. Traczyk's hard work and she would be missed. IX.
