COP?1iJNICATIONS: <br />Chairman Thomas stated that Mayor Petrigac advised that the majority of the <br />mapping of the split zoned property has been completed. P4r. Cesen will be <br />verifying this information prior to submitting it to Mr. Betts for his <br />committee, <br />VI, COMMITTEE REPORTSt <br />In reference to the split zoned lots'mentioned above, Mr. Betts advised that <br />his':committee will be meeting in September. <br />Mr..Gorris advised that the Planning Review Committee did meet in July but will <br />not be meeting in August. This review should be completed by the first of the <br />year at which time it will probably be presented to the Commission, the Board <br />of Zoning Appeals and the Council at the same time, but this will be decided <br />definitely at a later date. <br />"II. NEW BUSINESS: <br />The Commission discussed the new ownership of Nightfall Nite Club. Mr. Dubelko <br />advised that the new owner could use the plans previously approved by the <br />Commission for the former owner; however, he must not expand the seating capacity <br />beyond that allowed by the amount of hard surface parking existing, and his <br />customers should not park in the gravel area. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Since this is Mrs. Traczyk's last meeting, she thanked the Commission for giving <br />her the opportunity to learn and to serve... Chairman Thomas advised that the <br />members appreciated 14rs. Traczyk's hard work and she would be missed. <br />IX.
