Kazak pointed out that rodents could get <br />underneath the stacked wood and this could be dangerous. Mr. Kazak <br />further believed that there could be a problem with removing one of the <br />plates. Mr. Glatz agreed that he will bring the structure up to code and <br />stated that it could be completed by the September meeting. Mr. Conway <br />advised that if all the necessary corrections are made, there would be no <br />reason for them to attend the meeting. Mr. Schulz suggested that the <br />secretary send them a letter stating exactly what is required. J. Kazak <br />moved to postpone the demolition for Mr. Glatz's addition for two months <br />and as long as he complies with the'recommendations of the Board within <br />that two month period the Building Department will issue an approval, <br />seconded by J. Konold, and unanimously approved. Mr. Conway advised that <br />Mra Glatz should come in by the first of the week so that he can begin <br />work on the repairs. <br />Mr. Conway reminded the Board that the new codes will require a concrete <br />floor in all detached garages, but pointed out that treated lumber is an <br />approved construction method. <br />V. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />The Board decided that August will be a vacation month. <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT: <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br />R.
