Mr. Bugala stated that he would prefer that they <br />meet code. T. Res'tifo moved to grant the request for Aquasonic Car Wash at <br />28800 Lorain Road, a request for 16m18 sguare foot variance for area of one <br />side of pole sign, seconded by R. Gomersall. Roll call on motion: Restifo, <br />Gomersall, and Helon, yes. Mr. Bugala; no. Motion carried. Variance granted. <br />8. Robert W. Rothgery, 4327 Brendan Lane <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance f.or location of.tool shed. <br />Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Rothgery. Mr. Gomersall stated that he has no problem <br />with the request, the only reason a variance is necessary is that Mr. Rothgery <br />bought additional property.to the rear of his original property. J. Helon <br />moved to grant the variance for the location of a tool shed for Robert W. <br />Rothgery, 4327 Brendan Lane, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />9. Gerald S. Wisniewski, 5560 Columbia Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 68 square foot variance and location <br />variance for sheda Vioiation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Wisniewski and Mrs. Weekley, a neighbor, who voiced no <br />objection. Members had no problem with the request. R. Gomersall moved to <br />grant the request for a 68 square foot variance and location variance for a <br />shed for Mr. Gerald S. Wisniewski, 5560 Columbia Road, seconded by J. Helon, <br />and unanimously approved. Variances granted. <br />10. Dr. Ralph McFarland, 26728 Driscoll Lane <br />Request for variance (1123.12)e Request variance to install fence 10 feet from <br />right of way on corner property (has swimming pool). Violation of Ord. 87-93, <br />Section 1135.02(h). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Dr. McFarland. Mr. Gomersall questioned if the side street <br />would ever go through. Mr. Bugala stated that it is a dedicated street so it <br />could be installed some day and questioned if Dr. McFarland would consider a <br />chain link fence on that side of the lot. Dr. McFarland stated that he had <br />no preference for a type of fence. Mr. Gomersall, rir. Helon, and P1r. Restifo <br />all agreed that he should be able to install the type of fence he wants. <br />J. Helon moved to grant the variance for a 6 foot fence, 10 feet from the <br />right of way on a corner nroperty for Dr. Ra1ph McFarland, 26728 Driscoll Lane, <br />seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />11. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Feiler, 26699 Waterbury Circle <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 12.2 ft rear yard variance to install <br />patio enclosure. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135,08(a).
