Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1139.05(c)-1 and 1139.04.
(Continued from meeting.of January 4, 1989).
Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was
administered to Mr. Gieger, attorney, and David and Tony DiBenedetto, developers,
who explained that the building has been reduced by 1,000 square feet; there is
now an 18 foot rear yard set back which has been approved by Chief Osterhouse
of the Fire Department; 30 parking spaces are required and they are providing
33; and a chain link fence is planned on the rear property line. They explained
that they did try to design an "L" shaped building as suggested, but there was
too much wasted space. They did not discuss a shared access with Hills Depart-
ment Store. In response to the Board's questions, David DiBenedetto advised
that he preferred the chain link fence to wood since the wood deteriorates
rapidly; that there would be no parking in the rear just three small dumpsters.
Mr. Bugala pointed out that there were no residents present.
