BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS AUGUST 2, 1989 PAGE 6 11. Paul Arundel, 24791 Florence Avenue Request for variance (1123.12). Request location variance for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr, Arundel. Mr. Bugala stated that he is concerned because the shed was put up without a permit, but the size of it is conforming and only the location needs a variance. J. Helon moved to grant the variance for Paul Arundel at 24791 Florence Avenue for the location of a tool shed, seconded by T. Restifo, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. 12. Andrew Kim, 4603 Westview Dr. Request for variance (1123.12). Request 25 foot rear yard variance to install patio enclosure. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.08(a). Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. Kim and Mr. Bialosky, contractor. Mr. Bugala pointed out that they apparently had a variance to build the house since they only had a 40 foot back yard to begin with and he has a probl:em with this because it talces up most of the back yard. Mr. Bialosky pointed out that this was a corner lot and questioned if any neighbor had complained. No neighbors were present. Mr. Kim stated that none of these houses have a SO foot rear yard. T. Restifo moved to grant a variance to the Kim residence, 4603 Westview Drive, a 25 foot rear yard variance to install a patio enclosure, seconded by R. Gomersall. Roll call on"motion: Restifo, Gomersall, and Helon, yes. Bugala, no. Motion carried. Variance granted. It was brought to the Board's attention that the minutes of June 7, 1989 were not approved at the last meeting. R. Bugala moved to approve the June 7, 1989 minutes as written, seconded by T.
