BOARD OF ZONTNG APPEALS AUGUST 2, 1989 PAGE 5 7. Marie Kelsey, 5550 McKenzie Road. Request for variance (1123.12). Request 40 sq. ft. variance and 1 ft, height variance for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was ',;' administered to Mrs. Kelsey and her son. Chairman Bugala pointed out that this is a deep lot. Members have no problem with this request on this size lot. T. Restifo moved to grant the request for a 40 square foot variance and a 1 foot height variance for a tool shed at the Kelsey residence at 5550 McKenzie Road, seconded by J. Helon, and unani.mously approved. Variances granted. 8. Michael Piskunoff, 6132 Bellevue Dr. Request for variance (1123.12). Request 3 foot height variance for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1.135.02(d). - Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. Piskunoff who explained'that he moved from a house with a large garage and has no place to store his equipment. The higher shed has a loft for storage. He pointed out that the freeway is behind his property. He further stated that he was told that the ordinance is going to be changed to allow larger and higher sheds. Mr. Conway advised that a committee is studying the code, and there has been a proposal to change the size restrictus of sheds, but this has not been discussed as yet. Mr. Piskunoff requested that if this height is not acceptable to the board, they consider allowing him to have a larger shed. The members decided.:that they could approve a 20 square foot variance with a conforming 8 foot height. R. Gomersall moved to grant a request for a 20 square foot variance for a tool shed for Michael Piskunoff at 6132 Bellevue Drive, seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved: Variance granted. 9. Kevin Krezeminski, 24774 Gessner Rd. Request for variance (,1.123.12). Request 20 square foot variance and location variance for tool shed. Viola.tion of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). Chairman Bugala.called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to P4r, and Mrs. Krezeminski. Chairman Bugala stated this is a substantially large lot. J. Helon moved to grant the variance for Kevin Krezeminski at 24774 Gessner Road for a 20 square foot variance and a location variance for a tool shed, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. 10. Nutron Nameplate, Inc. 31269 Lorain Road Request for variance (1123.12). Request .11 foot front set back variance. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1145.08. Request 6.4 foot total side yard variance for front addition.and 2.70 foot side yard variance for rear addition. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1145.08. Also request special permit to add to non-conforming building. Special permission required Ord. 87-93, Sect-ion 1165.02. Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to R..Butchki,,representing Nutron Nameplate. The members were -- aware of the situation and had no questions. R. Gomersall moved to grant the request for an 11 foot front set back variance and a 6.4 total side yard variance for a front addition and a 2.70 foot side yard variance for rear addition and a special permit to add to a non-conforming building, seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved. Variance and special permit granted.
