Request 40 sq. ft. variance and 1 ft, height <br />variance for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />',;' administered to Mrs. Kelsey and her son. Chairman Bugala pointed out that this <br />is a deep lot. Members have no problem with this request on this size lot. <br />T. Restifo moved to grant the request for a 40 square foot variance and a 1 <br />foot height variance for a tool shed at the Kelsey residence at 5550 McKenzie <br />Road, seconded by J. Helon, and unani.mously approved. Variances granted. <br />8. Michael Piskunoff, 6132 Bellevue Dr. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 3 foot height variance for tool shed. <br />Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1.135.02(d). - <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Piskunoff who explained'that he moved from a house <br />with a large garage and has no place to store his equipment. The higher shed <br />has a loft for storage. He pointed out that the freeway is behind his property. <br />He further stated that he was told that the ordinance is going to be changed to <br />allow larger and higher sheds. Mr. Conway advised that a committee is studying <br />the code, and there has been a proposal to change the size restrictus of sheds, <br />but this has not been discussed as yet. Mr. Piskunoff requested that if this <br />height is not acceptable to the board, they consider allowing him to have a <br />larger shed. The members decided.:that they could approve a 20 square foot <br />variance with a conforming 8 foot height. R. Gomersall moved to grant a <br />request for a 20 square foot variance for a tool shed for Michael Piskunoff at <br />6132 Bellevue Drive, seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved: Variance <br />granted. <br />9. Kevin Krezeminski, 24774 Gessner Rd. <br />Request for variance (,1.123.12). Request 20 square foot variance and location <br />variance for tool shed. Viola.tion of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). <br />Chairman Bugala.called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to P4r, and Mrs. Krezeminski. Chairman Bugala stated this is a <br />substantially large lot. J. Helon moved to grant the variance for Kevin <br />Krezeminski at 24774 Gessner Road for a 20 square foot variance and a location <br />variance for a tool shed, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />10. Nutron Nameplate, Inc. 31269 Lorain Road <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request .11 foot front set back variance. <br />Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1145.08. Request 6.4 foot total side yard <br />variance for front addition.and 2.70 foot side yard variance for rear addition. <br />Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1145.08. Also request special permit to add <br />to non-conforming building. Special permission required Ord. 87-93, Sect-ion <br />1165.02. <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to R..Butchki,,representing Nutron Nameplate. The members were <br />-- aware of the situation and had no questions. R. Gomersall moved to grant the <br />request for an 11 foot front set back variance and a 6.4 total side yard variance <br />for a front addition and a 2.70 foot side yard variance for rear addition and a <br />special permit to add to a non-conforming building, seconded by J. Helon, and <br />unanimously approved. Variance and special permit granted.
