Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section <br />1135.02-(d) 1. <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested part.ies before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mrs. Beke and R. Miller, contractor. Board had no questions <br />on the proposal. B. Grace moved to grant.for Betty J. Beke, 23565 Marion Road <br />a 20 square foot variance for a tool shed, violation.of Ord. 87-93, Section <br />1135.02-(d)1, seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />10. John E. Solt, 27467 Linwood Circle <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 1 foot height variance and location <br />variance for gazebo. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Solt who.explained that the gazebo had been installed <br />since he was not aware that he needed a building permit. Board had no problem <br />with the request. J. Helon moved to grant the request of John E. Solt, <br />27467 Linewood Circle for a 1 foot height variance and a lo.cation variance <br />(125 feet from the nroperty line) for a gazebo, violation of Ord. 87-93, <br />Section 1135.02(d)., seconded by J. Gomersall, and unanimously approved: <br />Variance granted. <br />11. Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company (Crystal Substation), south side of <br />Lorain Road, west of Charles Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to use barbed wire on top <br />of fence. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(g)1. <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to P1r. Beursken and Psr. Louie, representing Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, and Mr. Sherman, a neighbor, who explained that he had <br />no objection to the barbed wire. Mr. Beursken explained that the proposal <br />must go to the Planning Commission and the Architectural Board of Review and <br />that there would be landscaping in front of the facility. Mr. Gomersall <br />stated that normally he would not approve barbed wire but these circumstances <br />were.different. Mr. Grace questioned if this fencing would keep three wheel <br />vehicles and motorcycles off the property since that is a problem in the <br />area. He was advised that this was not the intent. R. Gomersall moved to <br />grant the request for the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company (Crystal <br />Substation), for a variance on the south side of Lorain Road, west of Charles <br />Road to use barbed wire on top of the fence, violation of Ord. 87-93, Section - <br />1135.02(g)1, seconded by B. Grace, and unanimously approved. Variance granted.
