BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MAY 3, 1989 PAGE -7 <br />so there would not be the proper distance between the two houses. Mr. Conway <br />explained that the house next door is one foot too close, however this is not <br />the complete problem because they need a two and a half foot variance. He <br />advised that the some of the homes were tiuilt 5 feet from the line and some <br />72 feet away, and that in this case,in order for them to build a 48 foot <br />house (the same as the others in the neighborhood), there cannot be proper <br />side yardso Mr. Grace stated that he has not had an opportunity to look at <br />the property since it was added to the agenda. After some discussion it was <br />decided that this request be deferred until all the board members can view the <br />property. R. Bugala moved to defer the proposal for Devco Homes, Inc until the <br />next meeting, seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved. Request ' <br />continued. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m. <br />Bugala, Chairma B. Oring, <br />of Commissions
