Building <br />Commissioner Conway stated that he would have to check into this considering <br />there are different Chr.istma.s seasons. Mr. Thomas pointed out that there.are <br />two handicapped spaces in their lot that have been created by blocking off <br />the driveway. Mr. Conway pointed out that the Commission had.recommended <br />blocking off the drive when the parking plan was presented, but never approved, <br />and apparently they did this on their own. <br />Election :of Officers: <br />Mr. rlor.gan moved to continue Mr. Thomas's Chairmanship for another year, <br />seconded by B. Gorris. Mr. Morgan moved that nominations be closed. Roll <br />call on motion: Morgan, Gorris, Betts, Bierman, and Bowen, yes. Mr. Thomas <br />abstained. <br />Mr. Gorris moved to continue Mr. Betts as Vice Chairman and Mr. Bowen as <br />Secretary for another year, seconded by T. Morgan. Mr. Gorris moved that <br />nominations be closed. Mr. Betts and Mr. Bowen were re-elected unanimously. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />IX.
