Over crowding <br />of this si.te has alread,y resulted in health, safety, <br />and environmental tiroblems affecting the residents of <br />Rlehart,y Rd. and the public at large. 'Ve uroe trat <br />so].utions to these problems caused b,y this shonving <br />center be found and implemented. <br />ISSUE5 AND !?UESTIONS: <br />l. This proposal has been.made before. In the nrevious <br />hearing, Planning Commission a-oproval was denied <br />because of insufficient parking capacity, (see the <br />municipal,code). Question: What has occurred to make this current <br />proposal dn,y more approvable than it: was <br />before? . 2.-A new building woiald bring increased pressures on <br />existing varking space whiah would itself.be reduced <br />b y the area required for the new building. <br />. New or exvanded buildings would create added needs • <br />`. for narking: <br />'. <br />Any apparent under-utilized narking capacit.y in this <br />shopving center will be eliminated immediatelv b,y a <br />new tena.nt of the existing buildings who appeals to <br />a wider public, e.g. an Entenmann Baker.y, a Discount <br />. Drug'Mart, a Restaurant, a Discount Department Store, <br />etc,This has alread,y b.een araply. demonstrated by
