<br />Georgalis rezoning requests. J. Thomas moved that the approval given to the <br />Georgalis rezoning request remain same and be referred to the appropriate <br />comnittee of Council, seconded by B. Gorris: Roll call on motion: Thomas, <br />Gorris, Bowen, and.Bierman, yes. Mr. Orlowski abstained. <br />In reference to the discussion of the Mixed use District, the clerk wi.ll send <br />a letter to Council President Boehmer to request the services of Mr. Hill, the <br />City Planner for approximately three hours in order to review the proposal. <br />Mr. Thomas requested that Mr. Bowen and Mr. Orlowski put their conclusions in <br />writing; he will send the proposed ordinance to the Mayor for his review; the <br />members should review the materials in order to decided on specific numbers <br />needed in the ordinance; and once that is finalized a committee will meet with <br />Mr. Hill, for his input; after which the proposal will be forwarded to <br />Council. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: (Restnned at this point.) <br />Assistant City Law Director Dubelko sent a letter to Mr. Nemeth's attorney <br />asking if the deed restriction on the property had been filed.
