f ,_.... _ <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES - DECEMBER 11, 1990 <br />Chairman Thomas called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: M. Betts, R. Bierman, R. Bowen, B. Gorris, T. Morgan, L. Orlowski, <br />and J. Thomas. <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director Dubelko, Building Commissioner Conway, <br />City Engineer Deichmann, and Clerk of Commissions Oring. <br />II. REVIEnI AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />Chairman Thomas requested that in item 3 imder Section IV the permanent <br />parcel nLUnbers be corrected to read: 234-17-37 and 234=23-90. T. Morgan <br />moved to accept the minutes of November 27, 1990 as corrected, seconded by R. <br />Bierman, and unanimously approved. <br />Chairman Thomas advised that item 1) of Section IV. would be heard first. <br />IV. NFW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />Sloggett and Reike Resubdivision. <br />The proposal is to resubdivide sublot no. 81 in Cambridge Crossings Estates <br />Subdivision and assemble with permanent parcel no: 234-17-37 and part of <br />234-23-90 to form three (3) new sublots. Also included is the vacation of an <br />existing stonn easement and the granting of a new storm easement. Location is <br />the westerly end of Bretton Ridge Drive. Zoning is "A" Residence, Single, <br />entirely, and the proposed sublots conform to the Zoni.ng Code. <br />Mr. Andreano, engineer, explained that the property lines of 3 irregularly <br />shaped lots were being real.igned and combined with sublot 81 to make 3 new <br />sublots and the remaining lot witfi an existing house. The members had <br />discussed this at the last meeting but the item had been tabled when it was <br />discovered that incorrect notices had been sent. J. Thomas moved to approve <br />the proposal to resubdivide sublot no. 81 in Cambridge Crossings Estates and <br />to assemble with permanent parcel nos. 234-17-37 and part of 234-23-90 to form <br />(3) new sublots, and also to include the vacation of an existing s,torm <br />easement and the granting of a new storm easement, 'seconded T. Morgan, and <br />unanimously approved. . <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />1) Carter Plaza West, property located between Gastown Gas Station and First <br />Federal of Lakewood (in front of Best's). - <br />Revised proposal to construct retail building. <br />(Withdrawn from Planning Comrnission meetings of November, 13. 1990). <br />Continued from Planning Commission meeting of November 27, 1990. <br />1
