Mr. Thomas believed that a law svite is a last resort, and ` <br />that the City would have some leverage to negotiate and find a good use for the property prior to going to court. He also believed that the individuai <br />owners of these parcels might be encourage to sell to owners of contiguous <br />parcels. Mr. Dubelko agreed that this might be the case. Mr. Thomas requested <br />that these revisions be attached to the proposed Zoning Code. Mr. Dubelko has <br />reviewed the code and does not see anything ma jor to be revised, and as he <br />suggested to Mr. Thomas it would be better to get the Codes passed and amend <br />them later. Mr. Thomas will send a letter to Council with these <br />recommendations. J. Thomas moved to recomend the passage of the new North <br />0]msted Zoning Code with chapter 1149 being replaced with the new chapter 1149 <br />which has added to it a new definition for Mixed Use "D" intended to encourage <br />the orderly development of the west end of North Olmsted and a letter <br />explaining our position on the changes that we have recomnended to the code <br />will be accompanying our motion, seconded by T.
