They have eliminated <br />almost 10,000 square feet of interior circulation areas and have put <br />about 8,000 square feet back into the tmits. The brick has been massed <br />in the entry areas for a better defined area and brick will be added to <br />the ends.of the buildingso The foot print is approximately the same. He <br />presented a sample of the Belden brick #661 Matt "A" which is a brown <br />and- explained that it might be darker; and siding would be a Mastick <br />vinyl in a desert sand (light tan) and a white band as trim; there will <br />also be a canopy but no color is actually specified; the roof will be a <br />light gray asphalt shingles; and the windows will be Windsor with brown <br />frames. Mr. Cameratta stated that he is not positive of all the final <br />colors, and would be more than willing to return with the actual colors. <br />The landscaping will be exactly the same. Since they will ha,ve to bring <br />in the canopy color, and Mr. Sohn prefers that they present a color <br />board of all colors planned. They clarified that the fireplaces are gas <br />burning logs and Mr. Conway advised that the chimneys would have to meet <br />the code. Mr. Sohn would like to see all the final colors. B: Zergott <br />moved to approve the proposal as presented with the stipulation that the <br />actual colors will be presented later, seconded by Y. Sohn, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />V.
