#- -- <br />back property line. There will also be a stairway added to the existing second <br />floor. He assured the Board that there would be no roof top equipment, they <br />will install a fan with a louvre in the rear gable, and if additional vents <br />are required they would be under the eaves. In reference to the exterior, <br />Mr.Eberling, explained that the drawing shows a small roof over the doorway, <br />but this may be changed to a balloon canvas canopyo. Dr. Bokanyi may be <br />changing the existing windows on the lower level, possibly using glass block, <br />but this has not been decided. Mr. Sohn wants all the window and door frames <br />on the addition to match the existing, it would not matter whether mill <br />finished or bronze. He also pointed out that the rendering showed red <br />downspouts and gutters, these too, must match the existing ones, but should <br />not be red. In reference to the landscaping, Mr. Zergott suggested that they <br />eliminate the azaleas because they are not hardy enough, and suggested that <br />they change to a variegated euonymus, also change the azaleas in the parking <br />lot bed to juniper or cypress. It was clarified that there is landscaping <br />along the existing building; but is not shown on the rendering. The forester <br />has not reported on the trees as yet, Mr. Zergott stated that the landbanking <br />the 4 spaces in the rear would save one maple tree. Mr. Eberling stated that <br />there are light posts in the front parking lot, and.on the rear of the next <br />door party center; there will be lights over the rear and side doors of the <br />addition. Mr. Eberling clarified that the air conditioning tmit an the rear of <br />the building would be open to the parking lot and will probably put the <br />dumpster next to the -garage and agreed to screen it with the board on board <br />fence. Mr. Gallagher suggested that they could make parking space #24 a <br />handicapped space so that it would.usually be vacant to allow access to the <br />dumpster. Y. Sohn moved to. -approve the plans as submitted with the rett,rn <br />gable over the entrance and with the conditions mentioned above regarding the <br />window frames, gutters, downspouts, Tandscapi.ng, location and screening of the <br />dumpster, but with the stipulation that if they change to.a canvas_awning over <br />the entrance, they must return to this Board.,. seconded by T.. Gallagher, and <br />unanimously approved. Mr. Sohn clarified that if they changed the roof.over <br />the entrance, he wants to see how the awning fits in, whether this would have <br />to_go to the Pianning Commission as well, would be up to that Commission. <br />2) B.
