Mr. Bugala pointed out that the house next <br />door was actually in front of this house. Members agreed that this will be an <br />improvement. R. Gomersall moved to grant the request for an 8 foot front <br />setback variance to construct a front porch for Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Charboneau, <br />24801 Maple Ridge Road, seconded by J. Helon, and tmanimously approved. Variance <br />granted. <br />13. Mr. and Mrs: Dennis Albrecht, 24849 Arlington Lane. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 12 foot rear yard variance to construct <br />patio enclosure. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.06(a). <br />Chairman Buga1_a called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Albrecht and the contractor, L. Wagner. The members had no <br />problem with the request. R. Gomersall moved to grant the 12 foot rear yard <br />variance to construct a patio enclosure for Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Albrecht, 24849 <br />Arlington Lane, seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved. Variance <br />granted. <br />14. Joseph C. Szabo, 29379 Sutton Drive. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 44 square foot variance for shed. <br />Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Szabo and Mr. Leech, a neighbor. Mr. Leech stated that all <br />he was asking was that there be proper drainage for the structure. Building <br />Commissioner Conway advised that Mr. Szabo has to maintain the water on his own <br />property so Lhat if water drains onto adjacent property he would have to take <br />care of it. Mr. Leech had no other objection. B. Grace moved to approve the <br />request for a 44 square foot variance for a shed for Mr. Joseph C. Szabo, 29379 <br />Sutton Drive, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Variance <br />granted. <br />15. Med Center, 25757.Lorain Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to display temporary sign (not <br />for new business). Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1163.06(e)4._ <br />Chairman Bugala called al1 interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Ms. Grace, representing the owners of the rled Center. She <br />explained that they wanted to advertise sports physicals on a 12 inch by 3 foot <br />banner on the front building until August 31st. Mr. Restifo and Mr: Grace had <br />no problem with the request. Mr. Bugala does not believe that they should ha.ve <br />a temporary sign for advertisements. T. Restifo moved to grant to the Med <br />Center, 25757 Lorain Road, a variance to display a temporary sign tmtil August <br />31, 1990, seconded by R. Gomersall. Roll call on motion: Restifo, Gomersall, <br />Grace, and Helon, yes. Mr. Bugala, no. Motion carried.
