The oath was <br />administered to Mrs. Guarnieri, and neighbors, Ms. Evans and Drost, Mr. <br />Popovich, and Mr. Cater. Mrs. Guarnieri presented pictures of the area with the <br />bushes explaining .that she wants to put the fence on the outside of the <br />bushes because the school children throw junk and debris into them. She thinks <br />that the variance may be less than the 2 feet she requested. None of the <br />neighbors ha.ve any objection. J. Helon moved to grant the variance to Ruth <br />Guarnieri, 3053 Walter Road for a 2 foot setback variance for a chain link fence <br />to be installed on a corner lot, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously <br />approved. It was clarified for Mrs. Guarnieri that the fence will be 1 foot off <br />the property line instead of three as required. Variance granted. <br />14. Ben K. Wright, property located on the east side of Porter Road, north of 5205. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 5 foot front set back variance for <br />house moved from Dover Center Road. Also request 20 foot 2 inch rear yard <br />variance. Violations of Ord:"87-93, Sections 1135.06(a) and 1135.08(a). <br />Please note: 25 foot 2 inch rear yard variance was granted at the meeting of <br />July 11, 1990. <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Wright who explained that an error had been made by the <br />engineer and they had intended to place the house in line with the adjacent <br />houses at the 40 foot set back. This request is for a S foot variance, and <br />Building Commissioner Conway explained that there was not a correct engineering <br />site plan ard the inspector's measurement was approximate. It is probably more <br />like 45 to 47 feet from the property ]ine. He suggested that the variance read <br />that the house be placed in line with the adjacent houses. The original rear <br />yard variance was granted for 25 foot, so now a 15 foot rear yard variance would <br />be required. R. Bugala moved to grant a variance to Ben K. Wright for property <br />located on the east side of Porter Road, north of 5205, that variance being that <br />the house be situa.ted in line with the houses adjacent to it and that the rear <br />yard variance should now be 15 feet, seconded by T.
