Mr. Conway clarified that when <br />she presents the paving to the Planning Commission there is no way the 9 foot <br />drive can be increased. R. Bugala moved to grant New York Hair Design of <br />24279 Lorain Road a variance to eliminate a 7 foot buffer in the front setback <br />with the stipulation that wheel stops be positioned parallel to the sidewalk <br />area; that the request for a 9 foot variance for the width of the drive be <br />granted; and that a variance will be granted imtil spring to leave the rear <br />portion of the drive and the two parking spaces unpaved, seconded by J. Grace moved to grant the 44 <br />square foot variance for a shed for Mr. Gary Strempel, 4990' Devon Drive, <br />seconded by J. Helon; and tmanimously approvedm Variance granted. <br />11. Mr. <br />Bugala questioned, if the existing larger garage was constructed with a <br />varianceo Building Comraissioner Conway stated that that garage was quite old, <br />but it was re-roofed and sided recently. Ms BaTougi explained that she uses <br />the smaller garage for her personal car and her Tawn equipment. The larger <br />garage contains her classic cars. The two garages were the reason she <br />purchased this property, but the smaller garage was demolished wherr someone <br />drove through it. They locatior. will be changed somewhat to,make it easier to <br />pull out. Mr. Foster stated that this Tocation would not be visibl'e'. NIr. <br />Grace pointed out that Metro Parks was in the rear. J.
