The oath? was <br />administered to Mr. Stringer and r1r: Richel, a neighbor who lives across the <br />street a few houses away from this property. Mr. Stringer- explained that he <br />wants to have the house in aTignment with the others on the street. Bui.Tding <br />Commissioner Conway explained that this is a buildable lot, but it will be an <br />unusual construction process. Mr. Richel was eoncerned because,there are no <br />plans for the house on file nor any building permit. He pointed out that <br />there was only going to be about 50 to 75 feet on which he could build the <br />house since the lot goes down into the valley and there is also a creek that <br />goes through the property. He was advised that any strueture would have to <br />meet all city codes except the setback if the variance is granted. rlr. <br />Stringer will explain how he is planning to build the house to Mr. Richel <br />after the hearing.
