The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Richman, representing Sunnyside Chrysler Plymouth, who <br />explained that they are requesting to displ.ay a 45 foot high cold air balloon on <br />October 10th from 4:00 -p.m.. to 11:00 p.m. which is the same type as the two . <br />balloons that are now on the Great Northern Dodge Dealership. It was noted that <br />this dealership was cited for their balloon. Mr. Richman stated that .the balloon. <br />would be installed in either the used car lot or on top of the building. Mr. <br />Bugala objects to.any type:of balloon. Mr. Restifo and Mro Gomersall pointed out <br />that the Dodge Dealership put their's up illegally and even though they were <br />cited, they did get the use out. of it. T.
