It was noted that this dealership was cited for their balloon. Mr. Richman stated that .the balloon. would be installed in either the used car lot or on top of the building. Mr. Restifo and Mro Gomersall pointed out that the Dodge Dealership put their's up illegally and even though they were cited, they did get the use out. of it. T.
