Chairman Bugala called all interested pa.rties before the Board. The oath was <br />admi.nistered to Mr. and Mrs. Kurth. Mr. Bugala advised that this shed would fall <br />within the restrictions of the new code. T..Restifo moved to grant a variance for <br />Donald A. Kurth at 4075 Tenr.yson Lane for a 40 square foot variance and a location <br />variance for a tool shed, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved.: <br />Variance granted. . <br />Se Mr. Carburetor, 24002 Lorain Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance for location of pole sign. <br />Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1163.06(f)4. (Variance for oversized sign was <br />denied on September 5, 1990). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Fletcher, sign contractor, who explained that the sign had <br />been reduced to conform to code but the variance would be required to use the <br />existing poles. He stated that the sign could not be mounted on just one pole <br />because it_might not be structurally sound. Building Commissioner.agreed there <br />that one pole would not support the sign. R. Bugala moved to grant the 18 inch <br />variance for Mr. Carburetor at 24002 Lorain Road for the.setback on the sign, <br />seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. , <br />6. Linda Orange and Kim Marshall, 5014 Hampton Dr. . <br />Request f_or variance (1123.12). Request 50 square foot variance and 2 foot height <br />variance for tool shed. Building permit issued for conforming shed. Violation of <br />Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). (Building permit issued for conforming shed.) <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath:was <br />administered to Mr. K. Marshall, representing Ms: Orange, and Mr. Codespoti, <br />neighbor. Mr. Ma.rshall explained that when .they -got the permit they were only <br />going to put a floor under'the old shed, but it collapsed. He did get a permit <br />for a conforming shed, but later decided to install a larger shed since Ms. Orange <br />was storing items for a neighbor. He did not realize that there would be a <br />problem with going larger. Building Commissioner Conway advised that the shed <br />would conform to the new guidelines. Mr. Codespoti stated that he had no problem <br />with this shed which is and is an improvement over the old one and also is pleased <br />that the ordinance has been changed. Mr. Marshall presented letters for neighbors <br />giving permission for the shed. T. Restifo moved to grant Linda Orange and Kim <br />Marshall at 5014 Hampton Drive•their request for a. 50 square foot. variance and 2 <br />foot height variance.for a tool shed, seconded by R. Gomersall,. and tmanimously <br />approved. Variances granted. <br />7.
