Mr. Crudell stated that the owner, Mr. Fish, would be acting his own <br />subcontractor but would be hiring subcontractors who had worked for him. Mr. <br />Kazak has seen one of these homes and stated that it was impressive. J. Kazak <br />moved to accept the construction of this house using this building material as <br />long as the Building Department receives the proper back up from the engineer. <br />Mr. Conway advised that he would prefer to have approval for all homes with <br />this construction, not just this one. Mr. Burk agreed, stating that such an <br />approval could always be rescinded. Mr. Kazak agreed that the approval should <br />be expanded to include future construction. Motion was seconded by J. Mulloy, <br />and Lmanimously approved. Mr. Burk stated that he would like to be notified <br />when the structure can be inspectedo Mrs. Ma.rasek stated that she is please <br />the lot is to be developed, complaining of the condition of the vacant lot. <br />Mr. Conway advised her that if any lot is overgrown she should complain to the <br />city. <br />V. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Conway advised that the stairway of the house on Kennedy Ridge Road ha.s <br />been rebuilt to conform to the Board's specifications. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Burk advised that elections will be deferred tmtil the next meeting since <br />only three members are present. <br />VII.
