Members will <br />need more information on how frequently they can use the various city <br />departments, or if there is a provision for charge backs to any department <br />which might have to work overtime, etc. They would also like a firm <br />commitment on from the Mayor or his representative. <br />Since the agendas will be limited in order to do this study, Mr. Gorris <br />advised that Brooklor will be back, there will be two more small items <br />allowed: a renovation to the Smythe Cramer Building and the renovation of the <br />B. P. Station at Stearns and Lorain. Another proposal for Hot and Now <br />Hamburgers carry out restaurant must be held untii May. It was decided that <br />Office Warehouse will be going to the Board of Zoning Appeals on April 3rd, <br />and should be brought back to Planning Commission on April 23rd. Mr. Gorris <br />will accept one simple request from Engineering. <br />Mr. Thomas pointed.out that Aquasonic had permission to land bank some rear <br />parking, but they have never landscaped it and are parking cars on the dirt. <br />They have been cited by the Engineering Department- and have been given an <br />extension tmtil Ma,y to complete the work. <br />Gallatti's Foreign Car Service is parking cars on the gravel area. Mr. Conway <br />advised that they have received approvals for a renovation, but ha.ve not <br />pulled a permit as yet. <br />IX. ADJOURNMM: <br />B. Gorris moved to excuse the absence of T.
