Finally, we understand that there is a restrictive covenant deed <br />related to this parcel, and since the garcel is split zoned, that the <br />developer has agreed to keep the Single Family zoned portion of the parcel as <br />green area (with the exception of the 3 drive areas as noted). The motion was <br />seconded by B. Gorris. Roll call on motion: Betts, Gorris, Bowen, Orlowski, <br />and Skoulis, yes. Mr. Thomas, nom Motion carried. Neighbors were advised <br />that the proposal would be forwarded to the B.Z.D. Committee which is <br />tentatively scheduled to meet at 7:30 on April lOth, and then proposal would <br />be forwarded to Council who will make the final decision. <br />2) Office Warehouse, 4706 Great Northern Blvd. <br />No representative was present. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Betts presented his proposed study guild for the master plan. He would <br />project that the study could be completed within about 30 weeks. <br />Phase I: Gather information from the administration, Council, and <br />1 month some planning body or individual. (Councilman Tallon has been named <br />as the Council representative.) (Would like a representative from <br />Mayor's office.) <br />Phase II: Objective or goal setting process resulting in a mission statement. <br />(1 month) (Information should be gathered not only from the various <br />representatives, but some public form should be included). <br />The areas of the most imnediate concern should be identified by <br />Chairman and his advisors. <br />Phase III: Component planning of plan: residential zoning; commercial zoning; <br />3 months and infrastructure of comrm,n-ity (transportation, recreation, open <br />open spaces, sewers, streets, or drainage, if pertinent to plan.); <br />'I?ao member committees to study each of these components along with <br />some outside planning assistance. Mr. Gorris would act as project <br />chairman. A statUS report should be presented at previously <br />scheduled times in order for the various representatives to be <br />presente <br />Phase IV: Developing the report imder an outline developed by the project <br />chairman. <br />5
