She believes that this proposal wi11 be an improvement <br />as it is presented, even though it is not the total improvement as suggested. <br />Mr. Brink stated that if this is approved as stipulated by the Architectural <br />Board, the landlord will not accept it and pointed out that the original <br />proposal will at least cover the H.V.A.C. equipment which is an eyesore. After <br />some discussion, the members agreed that the proposal is an improvement as it <br />stands. T. Morgan moved to approve the Smy.the Cramer Real Estate building as <br />presented without the recommendations of the Architectural Review Board, <br />seconded by A. Skoulis. COMMtTNICATIONS: <br />Letter from Developer's Diversified requesting that the Steeplewalk proposal <br />be heard by the Coninission on May 28th. This proposal has been heard twice <br />before. Building Commissioner advised that this proposal is different than the <br />other two. Members discussed the items which are now on the agenda. It was <br />decided that Chairman Gorris should determine the agenda. <br />VI. COMMI'ITEE REPORTS : <br />II. NEtiJ BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Morgan asked if the Law Department would review what would be required to <br />draft legislation regarding notification to Planning Commission when curb cuts <br />are requested on Brookpark Road. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Nicola, a resident of Clague Road who has been researching the study of <br />wet lands, advised that the Army Corps of Engineers had reviewed the Shore <br />West property and did find several acres of wet lands. He advised Council of <br />that. The Army has staked out an area of this property which is not to be <br />touched. The Commission will be receiving a letter from the Army Corps of <br />Engineers advising that the original letter has been cancelled. He has no <br />information on the other areas that were investigated, and Will keep the <br />Commission informed. <br />IX. ADJOURNrENT: <br />T. Morgan moved to excuse the absence of B.
