.y ? .?1 •• •r ° <br />Also regarding Stylin' Concepts which was approved with a red pipe type canopy, <br />the owner now would like to change it to a stucco canopy to match the building. <br />He has also eliminated the glass block and is going to have a standard plate <br />glass window. The members preferred this modification. This change will be <br />presented to the Architectural Board for their consideration. <br />VI. COMNffTTEE REPORTS: <br />No items. <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No Items. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Gorris questioned the canopy that is now being installed on the northwest <br />corner of Brookpark Road and Great Northern Boulevard. Mr. Conway advised that <br />this was added to the Marjak Development proposal when the Conuni.ssion approved <br />the Office Warehouse remodeling. <br />Discussion of Master Plan. Mr. Gorris asked the clerk to check on the status of <br />the Council's approval of the planner. <br />IX. ADJOURNr1IlVT: <br />B. Gorris moved to excuse the absence of T. Morgan, seconded by M.
