split face block would be more acceptable. Mr. Wilks agreed and advised that <br />if Boaters' World objected they would have to come back in September. No sign <br />package has been submitted but these are standard signs and can be presented <br />later. A revised site and landscaping plan had been presented. In reference to <br />the landscaping, it was clarified that the taxus hicksi around the ground sign <br />would be kept at 32 inches. Mro Zergott had no problem with the landscaping as <br />shown. Mr. Conway advised that a 12 by 25 foot loading zone would be needed. <br />The dwnpster screen in the rear will be the same split face block and will <br />have taller shrubs around it to conceal the property next door. Mr. Wilks <br />advised that the existing light fixtures would be relocated as indicated on <br />the plan, and lights are shown on the buildingo T. Gallagher approve the <br />Boaters' World proposal with the condition that the building material be <br />changed to a white split face block, instead of the beige scored block, that <br />the mechanical units on the roof will be painted blue to match the Omega wall <br />paneling, and that the landscaping is accepted as presented, and that the <br />lighting be approved as presented as long as it does not exceed the boundaries <br />of the property; and that the dumpster screen will match the building <br />ma.terials, seconded by B. Zergott, and unanimously approved. Mr. Wilks was <br />advised that his proposal would be heard by the Planning Commission at 7:30 <br />p.m. He is not sure that he will have the revised building plans for the <br />meeting, but he will notify the clerk if he has to withdraw. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: (Heard at this point.) <br />B. Zergott moved to accept the minutes as presented, seconded by M. Case, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />VI.
