Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1161.09-(b). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to J. Attwood, owner. The members had all. viewed the site. Mr. <br />Gomersall pointed out that there would be no addition cut in the driveway, they <br />are merely asking to cement some of the green area. Mr. Attwood stated that <br />they would be paving only 10 feet of area, not 16 feet as stated on the agenda; <br />and that they needed the room to park the cars with the doors open. The way it <br />is now, some customers had to walk into the green area to get into their cars. <br />Mr. Gomersall stated that they should have come to the Board before they <br />started the work. Mr. Maloney stated that he wanted to make sure that three <br />cars would not be exiting at one time. R. Gomersall moved to grant the request <br />for Aquasonic Auto Wash for a 10 foot variance to increase width of the <br />existing driveway, seconded by T. Restifo, and unanimously approved. Variance <br />granted. <br />9) Hennie Homes 29159 Quail Run. <br />Request for variance 1123.12). Request 3 foot side yard variance and total <br />side yard variance for front right corner of new dwelling. Violation of Ord. <br />87-93, Section 1135.07. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Welke, Hennie Homes, who explained that this lot backs up <br />to comnercial property. He presented a drawing of a house and explained that <br />the buyer wanted that house with a 3 car garage, but they wanted to put the <br />house as far forward as possible on the lot, thus they needed a variance for a <br />3 by 8 foot corner of the garage. Mr. Grace stated that this could cause a <br />problem with the lot next door. Mr. Gomersall stated that they could rotate <br />house about 8 feet and they would not need a variance. Mr. Welke stated that <br />the owner wanted as much back yard as possible for a swimming gool. Mr. <br />Gomersa]1 believed that it was too much house for that lot. B. Grace moved to <br />grant the request for a 3 foot side yard variance and total side yard variance <br />for front right corner of new dwelling, for Hennie Homes, 29159 Quail Run, <br />seconded by R. Gomersall. Roll call on motion: Grace, Gomersall, Gallagher, <br />Maloney, and Restifo, no. Motion failed to pass. Variance denied. <br />10) Mar aret Terrell 4444 Dover Center Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 69 foot front set back variance (over <br />maximum allowed) to add enelosure and deck to non-conforming dwelling. Also <br />request special permit to add to non-conforming dwelling. Special permission <br />required Ord. 87-93, Section 1165.02. <br />Chairman Gomersali called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Konrad, contractor, who advised that the house does not <br />conform to the codes now, and she wants to remove the existing porch and awning <br />and put in a new enclosure and a deck. The members have no problen with the <br />proposal. T. Restifo moved to grant Margaret Terrell at 4444 Dover Center <br />Road, a 59 foot front set back variance to add enclosure and deck to <br />non-conforming dwelling and a.lso to grant the special permit, seconded by E. <br />Maloney, and unanimously approved.
