Mr. Elliott would also like some latitude in order to position the <br />units forward or back in order to save trees, but they will observe the 25 and <br />50 foot setbackso The cedar fence will probably be allowed to turn gray <br />naturally. The sign will be mounted on columns made of a General Clay, White <br />Hall Blend Brick with letters mounted on the brick. The letters and border will <br />be a cinnamon color with a green tree in the middle. The condominitun association <br />will supervise property maintenance and contractors will bring in their own <br />equipment, none will be stored on the property. Mr. Sohn would like the color <br />samples left in the Building Department so he can review them. It was pointed <br />out that by enlarging the garages, the patios will be screened from the street. <br />The developers will meet with the forester after the development is staked out, <br />in order to mark the trees that are to be saved; and theix engineer is also <br />working to adjust the sewers in order to save trees. T. Gallagher moved to <br />accept the proposal as presented, with the notation that the lighting complies, <br />that the sewers will be adjusted to save trees if necessary, and that there is <br />some latitude on the positioning of the buildings as long as the developers <br />comply with the codes and ordinances; that the forester must meet with the <br />developers beforehand to advise on protecting the trees throughout construction; <br />that the Globe Arbs be cha.nged to a variety of taxus, such as taxus sebian; that <br />Mr. SoYm must be review the plans and ma.terials; and that the sign is approved <br />as presented, seconded by T. Gallagher, and tmanimously approved. The developers <br />will meet with Mr. Sohn privately if necessary. - <br />VI.
