they believed that this color provides more contrast with the stone. They <br />usualiy use the lighter colors in the south. Mr. Sohn would like to see a sample <br />since in the sunlight and with the texture it might not look as dark. The <br />developers will provide Mr. Sohn with a larger sample so he could make a <br />determination. Mr. Papandreas stated that he had seen a larger sample whieh did <br />not seem as dark. The diunpster area wi11 be enclosed with a stucco wall which <br />will have stone piers and ametal gate. Other than the color of the stucco the <br />members had no problem with the proposal. Mr. Smith presented a copy of the <br />ground sign which will be located at the corner, and explained that once the <br />development sign is installed, they will either relocate or eliminate this one. <br />Mr. Conway will review the signs for conformance to the codes. Y. Sohn moved to <br />accept the both the Chili's and Romano's Macaroni Grill as presented with the <br />recommendation that they submit a larger textured sample of the stucco to <br />determine if the color is compatible, seconded by B. Zergott, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />N. OLD BUSINESS: (Heaxd at this point) <br />Mr. Conway presented a minor change for the Shell Oil Gas station and explained <br />that it was originally presented witiz a metal siding on the rear of the <br />structure. Now they have presented.plans showing a block wall on the rear of the <br />building which would be painted to match the building. The members agreed that <br />this wall must match the original plans. <br />Mr. Zergott pointed out that there wa.s a new restaurant on the corner of <br />Bretton Ridge and Lorain Roads which has installed roof top equipment whieh is <br />not screened.
