In reference.to .the triangular shaped area
in Focus Area "A"-1 bounded by Brookpark Road on the North, I-480 on the south,
and Collunbia Road (sites 28 through 52 on the Property Chaxacteristics Map and
Table 1 delineated each pareel). Four options were compared (Development Impact
Analysis, tabTe 9); Single Family Cluster; Single Family.Traditional; Multi-
family, Garden Apartments, and Multi=fanLily senior high rise apartments). Their
conclusions were that, because of the location, this area was not conducive to
single family use, either cluster or traditional single family. This area would
be more appropriate for some type of garden apartments or high rise (over 5
stories). This is based on all of the existing single family homes in that area
1
