, <br />Zoning is "B" Residence, Single, entirely, and each proposed sublot conforms to <br />the Zoning Code. <br />Assistant City Engineering McDermott stated that this proposal does conform to <br />the code and this is merely splitting one parcel into 2 conforming Single Family <br />"B" lots. Mr. Vondereau, the owner, explained where the property was located and <br />stated that there are no definite plans for homes at present. A. Skoulis moved to <br />approve the Kennedy Ridge Lot Split, the proposal to split permanent parcel no. <br />236-17-1 into two (2) sublots. Location is the north side of Kennedy Ridge Road <br />between Colinnbia Road and I-480. Zoning is "B" Residence, Single, entirely, and <br />each proposed sublot will conform with the Zoning Code, seconded by B. Gorris, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Ord. 92-102. <br />Since Mr. Tallon was not present and he had drafted the original ordinance, it <br />was decided to table this until he is in attendance. <br />VI.
