Deichmann, City Engineer <br />RE: Miller Property on South Porter Road <br />Sublot 300 The grading and drainage of this property, as shown on the topographic plan <br />submitted by the builder, has been approved as noted. This approval means <br />that the plan meets the ordinance requirements of the City with respect to <br />grading and drainage. <br />Since City requirements have become more strict aver the years, any adverse <br />impact from a new house on any existing drainage problen in an area is <br />negligible. ' If a drainage study were conducted in this area, it is possible <br />that conditions could be found in which other properties are not in <br />compliance with current grading and drainage regulations. Current <br />requirements are only imposed an existing residences if the problem rises to <br />a level of a public riuisance or a safety hazard. <br />/ i <br />? <br />Paul W.
