Realty.- (Affordable Cars and Finance), 27726 Lorain Road, <br />that all 3 conditions of Section 1123.12(a)l, 2, and 3 have been met, seconded by <br />J. Maloney, and unanimously approved. B. Gomersall moved to grant the request of <br />C. & C. Realty, 27726 Lorain Road, for a variance for individual store signage on <br />ground sign and grant the request for a 50 square foot variance for total sign <br />axea allowed for a business tmit. At this point, Mr. Giesser advised that this <br />company should have been C.& C. Realty, not B. B.& C.& C. as stated on his <br />application. Mr. Gomersall stated that the motion should be changed to read C. & <br />C. Realty. The motion was seconded by W. Purper, and unanimously approved. <br />Variances granted. <br />Law Director Gareau and the members again discussed the criteria that must'be <br />used to in deciding variances. Mr. Gareau will give them more information on this <br />in writing. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p. M. <br />11
