Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr.. Steirnner. The members ha.d all seen the property and had no <br />problem with the request. It was noted that a fire wall would be required. W. <br />Purper moved to grant the request of Thomas Stemner, 29930 Lorain Road, for a 162 <br />square foot variance for garage area to.construct an attached garage (detaehed <br />garage existing) with the condition that there must be a fire wall between the <br />house and the garage, seconded by B. Grace, and lman;mously approvedo (During the <br />motion it was -noted that there was an error in the address on the agenda, it <br />should ha.ve read 29930). Variance granted. <br />4, Pat Fox, 6150 Wild Oak Drive. <br />Request for variance -(1123.12)m Request 3 foot rear yard variance to install <br />patio enclosure. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.08(a). <br />Chairman Gomersall ca.lled all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Fox and Mr. Sherry, contractor. The members had no problems <br />whatsoever. S. Ferencik moved to grant the request of Pat Fox at 6150 Wild Oak <br />for a 3 foot rear yard variance to install a patio enclosure, seconded by J. <br />Ma.loney, and tmanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />5. John and Nancy Brown, 23348 Marion Ave. <br />Request for variance (1123e12). Request 276 square foot variance over the 20% <br />lot coverage allowed for a rear yard to construct a tool shed. Violation of Ord. <br />90-125, Section 1135.02(d)(2). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />aclministered to John and Nancy Brown. Mr. Gomersall questioned the fact that the <br />tool shed was only 80 square feet, but the variance was for 276 square feet over <br />the 20% coverage allowed. Mr. Sanker explained that they are over the 20% <br />coverage allowed for the rear yard. They also want to install the shed against <br />the fence instead of 10 feet from the rear lot line (this was not included in the <br />agenda request). B. Grace moved to grant the request for 276 square foot over the <br />20% lot coverage allowed for a rear yard to construct a tool shed and also to <br />grant a 10 foot rear yard variance from the property line to install the shed, <br />for John and Nancy Brown, 23348 Marion Avenue, seconded by R. Gomersall, and <br />unanimously approved. Variances granted. <br />6. William Dersi, 24396 Noreen Drivea <br />Request for vaxiance (1123012). Request 32 square foot variance to install shed. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02(d)(1). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mrs. Dersi. N1r. Gomersall clarified that the shed was against the <br />fence, but the fence was set away from the property line. Ms. Dersi stated that <br />shed will be turned so the short end is toward the house. The members had no <br />objection. J. Maloney to grant William Dersi, 24396 Noreen Drive the request for <br />a 32 square foot variance to install shed, seconded by B. Grace, and unanimously <br />approved. Variance gxantedo <br />7, Crossroads Dealership, 27500 Lorain Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to display inflatable jeep for <br />a 2 week period in May, and also a tent for a 2 week period in June. Violation of <br />Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.04. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Boaxd. The oath was <br />administered to R. Adams and E. Hall, representing Crossroads, and Councilman <br />Nashar. It was clarified the inflatable Jeep would be displayed for a 2 week <br />period in May and the tent would be used for 2 weeks in June.
