Mr. <br />Gomersall stated that the five foot fence was sturdy, and did not think a 6 foot <br />fence would be necessary. Mr. Ma.loney stated that the gates must be locked. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Anost, neighbor, and Mr. Creadon, who explained he is <br />negotiating with the Dees to buy the property. Mr. Gomersall pointed out that the <br />lot is very deep and the Metro Parks will be right next to his propertyo Mr. <br />Anost stated that there will be a new development going in about 500 feet away. <br />Mr. Creadon clarified that the work shop planned in this building was only for <br />his own vehicles, he did not work on other peoples cars, just his own and his <br />mother's. He has a work shop in his garage in Mills Creek where he now lives. He <br />will be retiring shortly, and intends to buy a larger boat and is planning to <br />purchase a motor home in the future. He now has 2 classic cars (stored off his <br />property), and a 16 foot boat, and wants to store all of his vehicles under one <br />roof. Law Director Gareau advised that, if a variance is granted, and he uses the <br />garage for any other purpose, he would be in violation of the Zoning Ordinances <br />4
