11. Robert L. Stark Enterprises; Inc.,(Payless Shoes), 26037 Lorain Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 119 square foot variance for total sign <br />area. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1162.06. <br />Request had been withdrawn by the developer. <br />12. Shear Pleasure, 23629 Lorain Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 5 square foot variance for sign area for <br />business unit. Violation Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.11(c). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. and 14rs. Valley, representing Shear Pleasure. The members ha.d <br />no objection to the request. J. Maloney moved to grant the request of Shear <br />Pleasure to grant the 5 square foot variance for sign area for a business unit, <br />seconded by W. Purper, and lmanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />13. Dash Mobile Electronics, 27693 Butternut Ridge Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to temporarily display tent in <br />75 foot front setback and also a variance for temporary "Grand Opening" sign on <br />building for a 3 day period. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1139.07 and <br />1163.12(g). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to D. Schmidt, representing Dash Mobile Electronics, who advised <br />that the tent and the "Grand Opening" sign would be needed the 10th through the <br />13th of June which would actually be a 4 day period. R. Gomersall moved to grant <br />the request for Dash Mobile Electronics, 27693 Butternut Ridge Road, a variance <br />for a temporary display tent for the period of the 10th through 13th of June in <br />the 75 foot front setback and also a variance for a temporary "Grand Opening" <br />sign on the building for the same 4 day period, seconded by J. Maloney, and <br />unanimously approved. Variances granted. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:35 p.m. <br />7
