<? ? T <br />at North Olmsted Golf Cour.se, west of Canterbury Road and south of Butternut <br />Ridge Road and I-480 for 12 months and will include the temporary parking, <br />seconded by W. Purper, and -umanimously approved. Special permit granted. <br />15. Gabe Slezak, 27190 Glochester Drive <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 26 foot (average depth) rear yard <br />variance to construct an addition. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.08. <br />Also request special permit to add to non-conforming dwelling. Special permission <br />required Ord. 90-125, Section 1165.02(b)1. <br />Chairman Gomersall called a11 interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Spurlock, contractor. Mr. Gomersall pointed out that the <br />property to the rear is the North Olmsted football field. The members had no <br />objections. W. Purper moved to grant Gabe Slezak, 27190 Glochester Drive, the <br />request for a 26 foot (average depth) rear yard variance to construct an addition <br />and a special permit to add to a non-conforming dwelling, seconded by R. <br />Gomersall, and tmanimously approved. Variance and special permit granted. <br />In reference to the Roff request (item 2), Building Commissioner Conway advised <br />that the Building Department had been told first that the home owner and his <br />friends were installing the pool. This was the first he had heard that Lighthouse <br />was involved in the installation. He believed that, in most instances, <br />Lighthouse does get proper permits. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m. <br />6
