Lehane, 23804 <br />Amesbury Drive, for a 30 foot 8 inch rear yard variance to construct an addition <br />and also a special permit to add to a non-conforming dwelling, seconded by T. <br />Koberna, and unanimously approved. Variance and special permit granted. <br />12. John M. Legg, 23569 Westchester Drive. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 4 foot rear yard variance to construct <br />addition. Violation of Orde 90-125, Section 1135.08(a). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mre Legg (Mr. Sperli, his contractor, had been sworn in <br />previously). It sqas clarified that after the addition was constructed a 46 rear <br />yard would remain. The members had no problem with the request. R. Gomersall <br />moved to grant to Mr. John M. Legg, 23569 Westchester Drive, the request for a 4 <br />foot rear yard variance to construct an addition, seconded by W. Purper, and <br />unanimously approved.
