The members received invitations to a Zoning Workshop, Vice Chairman Orlowski <br />advised that if anyone is interested in attending they should contact the 14ayor. <br />VI. COMNNUTTEE REPORTS: <br />The coznmi.ttee studying Whitlatch Development Company's Cluster Home Developments <br />have taken some videos of sorie existing facilities, but would like to show these <br />when a11 members are present4 <br />III. BUILDING DEPAR'TNIIIVT REQUESTS: (Continued at this point) <br />After some discussion, it was decided to table the Kahn's Cuisine proposal since <br />these plans do not show the suggestions of the Architectural Review Board. Mr. <br />Conway will contact the.owner and see if she is interested in continuing. She had <br />been concerned about the expense required to make the changes suggested, but <br />their could be some other options, including obtaining Community Investment <br />Funds. Mre Skoulis would like to see a better rendering of the building and more <br />complete plans before forwarding this on to the B.Z.D. A. 5koulis maved to table <br />the Kahn's Cuisine proposal until the next meeting, seconded by R. Tallon, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Skoulis mentioned that while the members were discussing the Master Plan, <br />County Planning brought up the possibility that a new segment of the Red Line <br />rapid transit might be extended down the center of Brookpark Road. At that time <br />the members believed that tYiis was something that might happen in the distant <br />future. He has read recently that this may happen in the near future and he did <br />not believe that the members were in favor of ite <br />IX. ADJOURIVMIIVT : <br />J. Thomas moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Gorris and Mrs. 0'Rourke, seconded <br />by L.
