I trust this color <br />which replaces the "yellow" will meet with board approval. <br />Regarding the other items discussed, I offer the following: <br />A.) We will utilize a satin or semi-gloss finish on the paint as opposed to the high gloss finish. <br />B.) The southwest corner of this parcel and the areas at the front entry and ground signage <br />will be re-landscaped as a part of this remodeling. We have not developed individual <br />landscape drawings for each Ground Round Restaurant site. Please bear in mind it is in <br />our best interest to improve our streetscape appearance and fully intend to do so. <br />C.) We will have our general contractor re-construct the existing dumpster enclosure to <br />accomodate all of our trash containers. <br />We look forward to receiving board approval this Tuesday evening, April 27, 1993. <br />Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call me at 617-380-3131.
