A discussion continued between the two. Mr. Lima, a resident, stated <br />?-?-_-?:-? <br />that he had attended abgl,-Wmeetings arid was concerned about some of the <br />conflict that went on. Mr. Isabella stated that he and Mr. Agnew understood the <br />process which may be a bit foreign to Mr. Benik, but they would work with him to <br />resolve these issues. He did not view this as an undue hardship. <br />NEW DEVEIAPMIIQTS:AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1) Rachel L. Cook Assembly Plat. <br />Proposal was discussed at the beginning of the meeting. <br />V. COMM[JNICATIONS: <br />Ord. 93-104. <br />Building Commission Conway explained that the new zoning code ha.d left out a <br />part of the regulations for used car lots, and this ordinance stipulates that a <br />used car lot must be adjacent and an accessory to a new car dealership. The <br />members were in favor of the ordinance. B. Gorris moved to adopt the City of <br />North Olmsted Ord. 93-104, seconded by K. 0'Rourke, and unanimously approved. <br />VI. CONIMITTEE REPORTS: <br />No items. <br />jTII, NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Chairman Gorris asked Mr. McDermott to relay to Mr. Deichmann, that although the <br />Comnission highly values his opinion, they would like any opinions that he may <br />have to be addressed within the format of the meeting, not submitted separately <br />to individuals. <br />Regarding the revised instructions for filing-for the City of North Olmsted, Mr. <br />Gorris requested the clerk to provide copies to the.members. He would like -these <br />instruction to state only architectural plans could be submitted. Mra Conway <br />responded that this might be a problem for small family businesses who wanted to <br />do a small renovation. Mr. Gorris agreed and suggested architectural plans should <br />be required for any new development or any major additions. <br />IX.
