Mr. Isabella stated that he and Mr. Agnew understood the process which may be a bit foreign to Mr. Benik, but they would work with him to resolve these issues. Building Commission Conway explained that the new zoning code ha.d left out a part of the regulations for used car lots, and this ordinance stipulates that a used car lot must be adjacent and an accessory to a new car dealership. The members were in favor of the ordinance. B. Gorris moved to adopt the City of North Olmsted Ord. 93-104, seconded by K. 0'Rourke, and unanimously approved. VI. OLD BUSINESS: Chairman Gorris asked Mr. McDermott to relay to Mr. Deichmann, that although the Comnission highly values his opinion, they would like any opinions that he may have to be addressed within the format of the meeting, not submitted separately to individuals. Regarding the revised instructions for filing-for the City of North Olmsted, Mr. Gorris requested the clerk to provide copies to the.members. He would like -these instruction to state only architectural plans could be submitted. Mra Conway responded that this might be a problem for small family businesses who wanted to do a small renovation.
