Mayor Boyle advised that he will send notification to anyone who signed the petition as long as the signature was legible. N. NEW DEVELORENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: No items. II. REVIEtid AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: B. Gorris moved to defer the minutes of September 28, 1993 until the next meeting, seconded by Mr. Thoma.s, and unanimously approved. V. COMMUIVICATIONS : Ordinance 93-116. The members had no problem with the ordinance which would require driveways of one and two family dwellings to be paved. J. The meting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m. After the meeting was adjourned, A4r. Conway asked if the members ha.d any problems with the minor changes that were sent to the Chairman. It was decided to discuss them at this time. Cablevision had received permission to construct a 10 by 20 foot storage building, but had never installed it. Now they are asking to install a slightly larger 12 by 22 foot shed. The members have no problems with the size but specified that the same mounding and landscaping that was previously required must still be installed. The Canterbury Wood's pool house burned down and the association is requesting to rebuild it with only one change from the previous structure which is to enlarge the overhang over the patio. Mr. Conway wanted the members to lmow that Metro Infinity has put in a temporary office on the property. Also there is a problem wi.th overhead electrical service. The Illuminating Company will not put in underground service from an adjacent property. In order to install underground service, the tree which the members wanted saved would have to be removed. The Service Director has agreed to having a pole in the right of way, but no matter where the pole is put there must be a pole. The members preferred that the tree be saved and did not want the pole in the right of way. 3
