Previously approved monument sign
is not available, the owners are going to cut down a pole sign to construct a
ground sign, however the Architectural Review Board requested it be on a brick
base with brick pillars which would make the sign higher than allowed. He would prefer to measure from the top of the mound up,
however he would not approve a sign on a 3 or 4 foot mound which was installed
merely to make the sign higher. The members had no problem with this whatsoever.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
