Special • <br />permit required,-;Ord. 90-125, Section 1165.02(B). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all.interested parties before the board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Hollish. Mr. Gomersall commented that the addition was to come <br />out to where the existing poreh is now located and one house next door is set just <br />as'far forward. The drive will be moved to the other side of the house. The members <br />agreed that this would be an improvement to the whole neighborhood. W. Purper moved <br />to grant a request of Dave and George Hollish, 4850 Clague Road, for a 10.7 foot <br />front set back variance to remodel existing non-conforming dwelling and a.special <br />permit to alter non-conforiring dwelling, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously <br />approved. Variance and special permit granted. ? <br />Chairman Gomersall advised that the April 7th meeting would have to be changed to ?. <br />Wednesday April 14th because some board members would not be able to attend April 7th. Chairman Gommersall will not be able to attend on either date. <br />Due to the elections, the Ma,y meeti.ng will have to be moved back 1 day and the <br />board will meet on May 6th. <br />Law Director Gareau ad.vised that the deadline for the April meeting did not have to <br />be changed. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m. <br />5
