Dubelko, Esq.
23823 Lorain Road, Suite 200
North Olmsted, Ohio 44070
Re: Halleen vs. City of North Olmsted, et al
Dear Jim,
Enclosed you will find my Motion to Compel ariswer to Bob Grace's
deposition. At that deposition, you indicated a further desire to discuss
settlement of this case. In that light, I went back to Halleen and they
would like to propose the same offer to settle that I sent you on November
19, 1992, but changed in the following manner:
To start at a 7-foot setback at the west boundary line of the subject
parcel (Partner's) and to increase that setback to 20-feet at the east
property line. We will not go to a formal hearing because
this matter is a legal action settlement and can be done in executive ses-
sion. If approved, it can be finalized by a consent entry. Please advise.
In addition, please be advised that a petition is being signed by in-
terested neighbors of Halleen, requesting the city to approve the dis-
playing of vehicles in the front setback and the removal of the Partner's
Lounge building. A copy of this petition will be forwarded to you upon
receipt by this office.
Sincerely,
William R. Giesser
?G/jm
Enclosure
