<br />At 29843 Lorain Road, they are requesting a,100 watt fixture directed down. Mr. <br />Conway noted that it would be on private property. This is for the Debbie D's <br />bar. The members had no problem with this one. Mr. Gorris only had a concern <br />about the light at West 231st and Lorain. It was agreed that these could be <br />approved, but if any complaints are received.the lights rnust be shielded. <br />The Day's Imi would like to install 5 light fixtures, some are existing and will <br />be replaced. A memo from the Electrical Inspector advised his concern about the <br />light in the rear could bother the residents in the rear.' The four in the front <br />will not be a problem. The members agreed that the light in the rear should be <br />shielded. <br />St. Clarence Church would like to construct an "L" shaped deck on the pa.vilion <br />which will nm the total length on the north side and return about 30 feet on the <br />west. Since it is only 2 feet off the property line they will need a variance <br />fram the Board of Zoning Appeals. It-•was noted that the Metro Parks property was <br />to the reax. The members had no problem and Mr. Conway will forward to the B.Z.A. <br />IX. ADJOURNAM: <br />B. Gorris moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Tallon and Mr. Miller, seconded by <br />Mr. Orlowski and unaninously approved. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m. <br />After the meeting, Mr. Gorris ha.d organized all.the Wa1-Ma.rt information that is <br />to be passed on to B.Z.D. ami asked the members to verify tha.t everything was in <br />order. In reference to the area where the briclc wall is stepped down, Mr.. <br />Orlowski is concerned that the wall will destroy more trees and the wall in that <br />area would do less to shield the property than the trees with a fence would do. <br />Mr. Conway agreed: This could be studied by the Mr. Gorris also had a note to <br />B.Z.D. and the forester regarding eliminating rwre pa.rking spaces to save more <br />trees. He would also like to be.notified of when the B.Z.D. will meet on Wal- <br />Ma.rt. <br />The members discussed the upcoming agendas with Mayor Boyle. The members agreed <br />that there would be no more special meetings. After some discussion it was <br />decided that the Fire Station could go to, the Architectural Review Board and Best. <br />Buys on Ma.y 24th since there was.no.thing secheduled for that agenda. <br />i <br />-, Dz--) <br /> <br />? <br />.
